Are you interested in growing in your relationship with God? Sign up for Encounter, a program for young adults focused on growth in prayer and discipleship. In Encounter, you will learn to pray in the beautiful tradition of Lectio Divina and encounter Jesus in silent adoration. Attend small group sessions, each with a different Lectio Divina Guide, on the Rosary, the Apostles’ Creed, or the Stations of the Cross. Each week in Encounter, you will attend 1 or 2 small group sessions as mentioned above, a big group meeting focused on Sunday’s Gospel, and spend 2-4 hours in silent adoration with Jesus. Sessions for Encounter during the 2013 Lenten season will be hosted at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch, TX and will begin on Monday, February 18th and run through Monday, March 25th of Holy Week.
